The Bacteria Aerosol Monitoring System (BAM®S) is used for real-time detection of dust particles and biological particles in clean environments. It is widely used in aerospace, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and health, electronics, food, optical and other industries. The main applications are clean classification, clean room validation, contamination source tracking, indoor air quality monitoring, and contamination trend analysis. By continuously monitoring dust particles and biological particles 7x24 hours, the air quality level of clean room environment can be fed back in real time. Continuous, real-time monitoring can detect the occurrence of pollution earlier and gain time for users to take timely measures. No need for traditional incubation methods, no consumables, greatly reducing production costs and time costs.
Pharmacopeial testing methods do not allow for rapid access to monitoring data, making trend analysis nearly impossible to achieve. But the advent of BAMS has dramatically changed this situation.
