PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
BioAerosol Monitoring System Robot (BAMS Robot) enables automated monitoring of biologic and inert airborne particles continuously, real-time results without the need for reagents. The unit can identify any microorganism that contains metabolites that fluoresce when contacted by this wavelength of laser, including NADPH and Riboflavin. Total particle and biologic counts in a range of size bins between 0.5um and 10um.
A SLAM algorithm and LiDAR are used by the robot to ensure accurate site arrival and object avoidance. Sample locations and predefined motion paths in the facility are well evaluated whether a fully autonomous mode is required. The unit can traverse designated areas, automatically open and close doors, autonomously ride elevators, and return to home base for charging at a low battery level.
*SLAM is an acronym for Simultabeous Localization And Mapping, which supports localization and map construction for EMC Robots in unknown environments.
CAPABILITY & FEATURE
-- Autonomous navigation - Fully automated environmental sampling --
-- Intelligent charging system - Wireless charging station --
-- Multi-task scheduling - Unattended operation --
-- Interface with different sampling modules --
-- Real-time, continuous airborne microbial monitor --
-- Certified ISO particle detector --
PRODUCT APPLICATION
The BAMS robot is equipped with a portable bioaerosol monitoring system and Micronview EMC Robot control software which is an independent tool of the Micronview EM-CCS system platform and easy to configure and use. The EMC Robot control software is available on tablets, smartphones and PCs. Through a wireless connection, the software is used to communicate with the BAMS robot, schedule tasks and assign work plans for the automated active air sampling of your controlled environments.
The unit's automated navigation and sampling lower the risk of contamination by reducing human presence in critical areas, and reduce the potential for error in sampling location and time. Resource allocation can also be optimized by automating routine functions and assigning personnel to other critical tasks. The EMC Robot can also be equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor to collect and store ambient temperature and humidity information.
